Tap on experienced mid-career individuals to enrich your workforce

The SGUnited Mid-Career Pathways Programme – Company Attachments allows enterprises to tap on the wealth of work experience and skills of mid-career individuals. Lasting up to 6 months, the attachment programme provides mid-career individuals with the opportunity to widen their professional networks and gain new, in-demand skills while contributing to your organisation’s business growth. Upon completion of the attachment, enterprises may consider hiring well-performing individuals so that they can continue contributing towards your business recovery.

How you can benefit:

  • Tap on experienced and skilled mid-career individuals to support your business growth
  • Receive government funding for the training allowance over the attachment duration

Subsidies and funding:

  • Up to 90% of the traineeship allowance will be funded by the Government

Eligibility criteria:

  • Your organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
  • Attachments offered must range between 4 to 6 months (attachments must commence by 31 March 2022)
  • Your organisation must provide clear attachment description and development plan that would provide mid-career individuals with meaningful developmental opportunities during the attachment period, subject to approval by the appointed programme manager
  • Your organisation must co-fund 10%/20% of the training allowance for the duration of the attachment
