About the Programme

The SGUnited Skills allows mid-career individuals to acquire skills through full-time training programmes which are designed in partnership with the industry.

Enterprises can co-develop SGUnited Skills courses with training providers by offering project attachments that help equip trainees with industry-relevant skills. Enterprises can also hire the trainees under these programmes.

Enterprises will gain access to a wider pool of skilled candidates and get priority access to talent through first-hand interaction with trainees on project attachments.
